Performance improvements that have only been possible thanks to the long relationship between Mizuno's R&D team and the exclusive Grain Flow Forging factory in Hiroshima, Japan.

• Grain Flow Forged HD in Hiroshima, Japan: Forged from a single piece in Mizuno's exclusive factory - where Mizuno irons have been made since 1968.
• 4120 Chromoly with Flow Microslot (4-7 iron): A wider, longer micro-slot to create a larger high-energy surface in the face – resulting in higher ball flight and faster ball speed.
• Soft Copper Underlay: A micro-layer of copper under the Nickel Chrome – an extra detail to enhance the feel of our Grain Flow Forged heads.
• 1025E Pure Select Mild Carbon Steel 8-GW: Solid feel and control where it's needed most, with modern lofts to maintain consistent distance gaps throughout the set.
• Harmonic Impact Technology: Applied to match the vibration patterns in the soft feel of muscle-back irons.
• Wrap Around Grinding: Large bevel around the sole for better ground contact and seamless transition from the micro slot 7-iron to the more traditionally constructed 8-iron.
• Exceptionally Compact Profile: Dramatically reduced topline and blade length throughout the set.
• Increased bounce angle: Increased by one degree in the long irons and 2 degrees in the shorter irons – for better contact with the ground.
