Grain Flow Forged HD in Hiroshima, Japan: Grain Flow Forged HD from a single piece of 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel in Mizuno's exclusive factory - where Mizuno irons have been made since 1968.
Soft Copper Underlay: A micro-layer of copper under the Nickel Chrome – an extra detail to enhance the feel of our Grain Flow Forged heads.
Centered Mass for Better Feedback: Delivers a softer, longer feel at ball impact – matching vibration patterns identified by Mizuno's Harmonic Impact Technology and confirmed through extensive testing on tour.
Aggressively Tapered Blade: A more pronounced taper at the top of the blade provides ideal ball flight throughout the set – with high-flying long irons and more penetrating short irons.
Thinner topline preferred on tour: Refined from previous blades both by shifting the weight distribution in the clubhead and adjustments in its manufacturing.
More compact short irons: A significantly shorter blade in the short irons was a direct request from the majority of Mizuno tour players.
